This page explains how to request deletion of your JetStream Live account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Send an email to alansayani11@gmail.com.
Use the subject line "Delete my JetStream Live account".
Include the email address you signed in with, so we can locate your account.

We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

What gets deleted

On request we permanently delete your account and the account-linked data tied to it, including:

Your account details (name and email address held through our authentication provider).
Account-linked app data such as your spotter's logbook, card collection, flight passport entries and saved preferences.

What may be kept

Data stored only on your device is not held by us and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. We may retain limited records where required to meet legal, security or fraud-prevention obligations. Any such records are kept no longer than necessary and are not used to identify you for other purposes.
